Continuing care retirement communities in Georgia
2 CARF-accredited CCRCs (Life Plan Communities) in Georgia. This is not a complete list: Georgia’s regulator does not publish a public CCRC registry we could read, so we show only the communities CARF accredits — there are almost certainly others. We would rather show you a short honest list than a padded one. A CCRC combines independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing on one campus, usually with a large entrance fee — a major financial commitment worth vetting carefully.
Before you sign: a CCRC contract is a long-term financial product. Read our guide to CCRCs, ask for audited financials and the actuarial funding status, and consider running the numbers in My Plan before committing an entrance fee.
