Eldercare Lens is an independent, reader-first resource. We're glad to hear from you.

Email: hello@eldercarelens.com

Use this address for questions, corrections to a facility record, privacy requests (including deleting your account and saved plan), press, or data-licensing inquiries. We read every message.

Spotted something wrong in the data? Tell us the facility and what looks off. Because our figures are reproduced from government records, we'll also point you to the official source so you can confirm and, where appropriate, request a correction from the agency of record.

Need to reach a person now? We're a small independent team and can't offer a phone line — but free, unbiased human help exists, and not only by phone. The federal Eldercare Locator connects you to your local Area Agency on Aging: call 1-800-677-1116, or use the chat and email form at eldercare.acl.gov if you'd rather not call. Your state's Long-Term Care Ombudsman advocates for residents of nursing homes, assisted living, and board-and-care homes — find yours at theconsumervoice.org/get_help. Both are free.

Deaf or hard of hearing? Dial 711 for the free telecommunications relay service and give the operator any number on this page — it works with every number we list, anywhere on this site. If you prefer not to use the phone at all, the online forms linked above reach the same people.

Not a referral service. We don't place people in facilities and take no commissions, so we have no incentive to steer you anywhere.
