1. Is the person 65 or older (or disabled)?
2. A wartime veteran, or the surviving spouse of one?
3. Monthly household income
4. Countable savings & assets (not counting the home or one car)
5. Needs help with daily activities or is in / entering a care setting?
6. Has Medicare?
